Carole has extensive experience in the assessment of senior executives to inform appointment or devleopment. She has worked with clients to help them identify high potential people who are likely to be the future leaders of their businesses.
As well as working with individuals, Carole has worked with boards and executive teams to improve their overall effectiveness. She has supported organisations experiencing major change by conducting managerial due diligence, running large scale assessment interventions and supporting integrations, acquisitions and divestments.
Carole began her career as a Business Psychologist at British Airways. As her career progressed she took on a wider remit, assuming corporate responsibility for assessment, executive development and talent management, supporting the airline through a period of major organisational change.
Carole left BA to join Whitehead Mann in 2000. Since then she has run her own executive assessment business and worked extensively with search firms such as KornFerry to support major private and public sector clients. She has extensive international experience including the EMEA, N.America, SE Asia, New Zealand.
Carole has been a specialist in executive assessment and development since 1994 and is currently a Business Psychologist at Praesta.
