We apply what we call an integrated approach to coaching. We draw on approaches from psychology, coaching tools and our experience of running businesses/organisations to the client’s advantage. Using these tools and techniques, (including psychometric tools) we tailor programmes for individual clients that take account of their personal agenda, learning style and the context in which they are operating.

It is our expert blending of different business, psychology and coaching models, combined with our expertise in delivering them, that gives our integrative approach to coaching its edge.
